1. Using Jump

These terms apply to Jump and its website. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them. If you are a minor, use the game with the guidance and any consent required from your parent or guardian under applicable rules.

2. Gameplay and scores

Hold to charge and release to jump. Successful landings earn points, and consecutive center hits earn increasing rewards up to 20 points per jump. Scores and gameplay rules may change in future versions. Scores are for entertainment and do not represent money, prizes, or redeemable value.

3. Device requirements and online features

The current game requires iOS or iPadOS 17.6 or later. The single-player game supports offline play. Optional Game Center leaderboards require a network connection, an eligible Apple account, and availability of Apple’s service. Apple’s terms also apply to Game Center.

4. Local records and leaderboard availability

Personal bests are saved on your device. Deleting the app, changing devices, or restoring a backup may affect local records. We do not guarantee backup, recovery, cross-device synchronization, successful score submission, or continuous leaderboard availability. Failed Game Center submissions may be stored locally by account and retried.

5. Fair play and permitted use

You may use Jump for personal entertainment in accordance with applicable law and these terms. Do not manipulate leaderboard scores, interfere with services, or infringe the rights of others. The game’s code, artwork, original audio, and website content remain the property of their respective rights holders; use of the game does not transfer ownership.

6. Changes, availability, and responsibility

We may update, change, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game and website are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Take breaks and use the game responsibly.
